1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Precision Pulse, including the Android mobile application, game content, optional cloud-save features, advertisements, and in-app purchases (collectively, the "App").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Precision Pulse Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Important: If you are below the age at which you may enter into a binding agreement in your country, you may use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, RDC Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use cheats, automation, bots, exploits, modified clients, or tools that interfere with gameplay, purchases, advertisements, leaderboards, or cloud saves;
- use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it without written permission.
3. Gameplay, Progress and Cloud Saves
Precision Pulse is a reflex game. Scores, modes, coins, cosmetics, statistics, settings, missions, and other progress may be stored locally on your device. If you sign in to Google Play Games, eligible game data may also be synchronized through Google Play Games Saved Games.
Cloud Save Notice: Cloud saving is an optional convenience feature. You are responsible for using the same Google Play Games account when restoring progress. Network availability, Google Play Games availability, account status, device changes, app updates, and other technical factors may affect synchronization. We do not guarantee that cloud data will always be available, current, complete, or recoverable.
Do not attempt to manipulate local data, cloud-save data, scores, coins, missions, purchases, or leaderboards. We may reset, restrict, or remove affected game data where manipulation, abuse, or technical corruption is detected.
4. Virtual Coins, Cosmetics and Power-Ups
The App may include virtual coins, cosmetics, modes, trails, particle effects, skins, themes, music tracks, power-ups, and similar virtual items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed for use inside the App only.
- Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value.
- Virtual Items are not property, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged outside the App.
- Virtual Items cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or gifted unless we expressly enable such a feature.
- Gameplay balance, prices, availability, rewards, and item behavior may be changed, added, removed, or adjusted as the App evolves.
5. In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including consumable coin packs and the non-consumable Remove Ads entitlement. Prices are displayed by Google Play in your local currency where available and may vary by region, tax, currency, or Google Play configuration.
- All purchases are processed by Google Play, not directly by us.
- You must have authority to use the payment method associated with your Google Play account.
- Consumable coin packs are applied to the App account/profile associated with the transaction as supported by Google Play and our purchase system.
- Remove Ads is subject to successful purchase validation and may be restored through the supported restore-purchase flow while using the relevant Google Play account.
- Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.
Where permitted by law, a refund, revocation, cancellation, or chargeback may result in removal of the relevant entitlement or Virtual Items.
6. Advertising and Rewarded Ads
The free version of the App may display banner and interstitial advertisements. It may also offer optional rewarded advertisements, such as an extra life or another disclosed in-game benefit.
- Rewarded benefits are granted only when the applicable rewarded-ad flow reports successful completion.
- Advertising availability is not guaranteed and may vary by location, device, network, consent choice, account status, age settings, and advertising-provider availability.
- Purchasing Remove Ads disables in-app advertising served by the App. It may also mean optional rewarded-ad opportunities are no longer available.
- We may apply reasonable ad frequency limits to support a fair gameplay experience.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services, including:
- Google Play Games Services for optional sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, and Saved Games;
- Google Play Billing for payment processing;
- RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement management; and
- Google AdMob for advertising features.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms, privacy notices, and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.
8. Fair Play and Leaderboards
If leaderboards or achievements are available, you agree to submit only legitimate gameplay results. You may not use modified software, automation, emulators configured to gain an unfair advantage, exploits, unauthorized score submissions, or any method intended to manipulate rankings or achievements.
We and/or the relevant platform may remove scores, achievements, progress, or access where we reasonably believe fair play has been compromised.
9. Intellectual Property
Precision Pulse, including its name, game design, source code, graphics, visual effects, text, interface, audio, trademarks, logos, and other content, is owned by RDC Apps or used under appropriate rights. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
10. Updates, Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, rebalance, or remove any part of the App at any time, including gameplay modes, Virtual Items, cloud-save behavior, advertisements, purchase offerings, prices, missions, and technical features.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanently available operation of the App. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, Google Play account, and network connection where required.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RDC Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of progress, data, Virtual Items, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity; or damages arising from use of, inability to use, interruption of, or changes to the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
13. Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or certain features where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, platforms, legal compliance, security, or fair play.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing-law provisions, will survive.
14. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence where applicable.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available at this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
